Right from the start Mike puts you under no illusions of what this book is all about. As he writes, if your interest in maps is not bordering on obsession then maybe this book isn't for you but he has such a delightful way of writing, exuding with schoolboy passion and interspersed with a wealth of knowledge and appreciation for mapping.
This is seriously worth a read.
